I’m an Assistant Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, working on optical networks, complex systems engineering, and event-oriented simulation.
I hold a degree in Telematics Civil Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (with the Federico Santa María y Carrera distinction) and a Ph.D. in Complex Systems Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018).
Current Focus
Optical networks
Resource allocation, Quality of Service, and planning methods for optical communication systems.
Simulation
Event-oriented tools and methodologies for evaluating dynamic network behavior.
Research software
Open-source libraries and simulators that support reproducible network evaluation.
Collaboration
I collaborate with the Investigación en Redes Ópticas (IRO) research group. I’m open to new research collaborations, supervising graduate students, and working on telecommunications and network engineering projects.
